John D. Nardone, simply known as Brother John, founded Marketplace Renewal Int’l to equip Christians for professional and personal life success. The vision for Marketplace Renewal Int’l was birthed from over twenty-seven months of weekly Bible study and prayer meetings held in both a Fortune 500 company and a company with just over 100 employees. We do not offer a workplace evangelism program, but rather a teaching program that helps people apply Biblical principles in the workplace, a prayer group program that supports unity in the workplace by focusing on specific needs throughout the company, a personal prayer support program for executive management, and Chaplaincy services for personal crisis situations.
Our daily e-mailed messages address both work life and personal life issues from a Biblical perspective, our weekly Bible study teaches Christians to seek God’s will and favor in all areas of their lives including their work lives, and our collection of printed topical materials provide a valuable on-site resource for those who need timely assurances and direction from the Bible regarding specific topics of concern, both professional and personal, which often adversely affect job performance if not addressed.
Brother John has been mentored, over the past six years, by a seasoned man of God,
who has been an ordained minister for over fifty years and, for over twenty
years, has been a board member of Dr. David Yonggi Cho’s Church Growth
Int’l (Dr. Cho is Pastor of the world’s largest church congregation, of over
800,000, located in South Korea). Brother John’s daily foundation is established with at least one-hour of
prayer each morning in addition to Bible study and research. He walks with
humble recognition that God is his source and success depends on his personal
relationship with Jesus and obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Our Founder has over nineteen years of sales, business development, and
management experience in various industries including Travel, Professional
Services, and Health IT with companies ranging from SMEs to fortune 500. He
has contributed to the opening of 12 different hotels and restaurants,
personally trained close to 400 employees in sales and service, and founded a marketing and business development
consultancy.
